2.Document certifying that the adoptive parents are not deprived and have not been deprived of parental rights, issued by a competent body from the country of the adoptive parents.
3.Social study for the adoptive parent, also containing data about the members of their family, including their health status.
4.. Document for the health status of the adoptive parent, reflecting the physical and mental health of the adoptive parents, the lack of grave chronic, infectious and venereal diseases, AIDS, tuberculosis, and other diseases endangering their health.
5.Certificate of conviction of the adoptive parents.
6.Marriage certificate.
7.Short description of the adoptive parents – personal data, nationality and citizenship, copy of an identity document – personal card or passport.
8.Power of attorney by the adoptive parents for “CHILDREN OF TIME” regarding representation and mediation during the effectuation of the adoption of a child /children/ - Bulgarian citizens.
9.Signed contract between the adoptive parents and the “CHILDREN OF TIME” association.
